Gwen van Berne joined Ortec Finance as Chief Financial Officer per 2025.
She brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with considerable experience and knowledge in strategy, business planning, operations, and growth management.
Before joining Ortec Finance, Gwen served as Director of Finance & Risk at Oikocredit. She also held several senior positions at ABN AMRO Bank and the global Institute of Management Accountants. Gwen holds a Master’s degree in Economic, Public and Business Law from Utrecht University and is a Certified Management Accountant.
